Natalie Waters Is Racing for More Than Wins: Race To End Bullying Foundation

Natalie Waters Is Racing for More Than Wins

For sprint car driver Natalie Waters, racing is about much more than speed.

In this inspiring episode of the Women’s Motorsports Network Podcast, Natalie shares how she transformed her passion for motorsports into a mission to help young people facing bullying and mental health struggles.

Growing up around racetracks in Salt Lake City, Natalie was introduced to racing at an early age through her family. She climbed the ranks from quarter midgets to focus midgets, modifieds, and eventually 410 wing sprint cars competing across the country.

Along the way, Natalie achieved major milestones including championship wins, track records, and traveling to prestigious racing events throughout the United States.

But one tragic event changed her perspective forever.

After a young boy in her community lost his life due to bullying, Natalie knew she wanted to use her platform differently. She launched the Race to End Bullying Foundation to help educate students about kindness, conflict resolution, and the dangers of bullying.

Today, Natalie visits schools with her race car and presentation, speaking to students from kindergarten through high school. Her message focuses not only on supporting victims but also helping young bullies understand the impact of their actions.

One of the most unique parts of Natalie’s approach is how she connects racing with life lessons. Students get to see the race car, sit inside it, ask questions, and connect with someone who is living out a dream while also making a difference.

The foundation also sponsors youth racing programs, hosts community events, and distributes kindness-themed backpacks and educational materials to students.

Natalie’s story is proof that motorsports can be a powerful platform for positive change.

Whether she’s racing at 150 mph in a sprint car or standing in front of a classroom encouraging kids to be kind, Natalie Waters is making an impact both on and off the racetrack.
